Less than 2 years ago we had Adelina, Gergana and Dimitar joining the Lab and making their first steps as professionals. Today, we have them as one of the most valuable members of one of our teams who are confident enough to perform, lead, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

When Peter joined the company, he was assigned the task to set up a team that would work for the company’s biggest client, quite familiar to Peter. The performance, achievements, and client feedback proved the need for a second team to be created by Peter, and Strypes Lab has been the main source of talent for the success of this initiative.
“When evaluating candidates for ICT Strypes Lab or even the ones who apply for an open position, we do consider skills and background, but we mostly look for people who would fit our culture and have their motivation and interests aligned with the company’s priorities. Why Being a Developer is Not Enough
Adelina Petkova was among the first members of Peter’s team and completed Strypes Lab back in 2023. With her passion for mathematics and problem solving, and previous experience with programming, joining the academy was an easy choice. However, she notes that knowledge or even previous experience does not guarantee success:
“Strypes Lab challenges your skills in a way that no job interview can. You have the chance to prove your time management, communication, and collaboration skills. On top of that, you apply your knowledge on real-world projects with the chance to add real value for the company, the client, and the team. And speaking about the team, people here are great professionals and true friends!” – says Adelina.

Sometimes, good opportunities will find you, just like a great opportunity met Gergana as she joined Peter’s team. She graduated in Computer Science in Eindhoven, but she always wanted to grow a career in her hometown – Burgas.
The first opportunity she came across seemed too good to be true: a career chance for recent graduates, a company that is part of a larger group and has its major client both located in The Netherlands.
“As I saw the announcement for an Advanced Python Academy I was surprised that such an opportunity existed in Bulgaria. The subject, the company and its business were something I was really into, so I knew this was a sign for me. The challenge? Studying programming in Bulgarian was new to me, but I adapted quickly. As of today, I can say that the atmosphere in the team is great, the daily work challenges you to grow, and the satisfaction from the impact made is huge.” – admits Gergana.
Even If You Are Not Into Programming Today…

And today I could not be happier working on so many significant projects side by side with the greatest professionals I have ever met!” – shares Dimitar.

We have already announced the next edition of ICT Strypes Lab in 2025 – our Python Academy. We invite even more talents to join, work on their own projects and become part of our team before the end of the year.
