But Yoana’s story goes beyond business. The Top 100 Women in Business index was launched to spotlight the women shaping the future of business in Bulgaria. Selected through public voting, the list celebrates those who lead with vision, challenge the status quo, and inspire others along the way. This year’s edition received over 28,000 votes, and Yoana’s inclusion is a testament to the respect and admiration she has earned across the board.
